NASPA Undergraduate Fellows Program

NASPA Undergraduate Fellows Program

Your Professional Future Starts Now

The mission of the NASPA Undergraduate Fellows Program is to increase the number of historically disenfranchised and underrepresented professionals in student affairs and/or higher education, including but not limited to those of racial and ethnic-minority background; those having a disability; and those identifying as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender.

The national program fosters relationships between students and student affairs administrators who serve as mentors. NUFP fellows are awarded the opportunity to:

  • Attend a National Conference
  • Get On-Campus Mentoring
  • Gain Valuable Work Experience
  • Connect with Campus Departments
  • Make Professional Contacts

Mentors will personally work with NUFP fellows to lend advice and assist them in finding jobs, internships and other opportunities in their chosen career.
