UCR "Stop the Hate" Week is held every Winter Quarter. it is a project of R.E.A.C.H. Peer Educators in collaboration with many campus organizations and departments.

Highlights from the 2008 "Stop the Hate" Week:
  • Kicking Hate Out of R' House
    Informational tabling on the topic of hate bias related crimes/incidents
  • Cultural Cook-Off
    An Iron Chef competition amongst student organizations
  • A Sip of Social Justice Coffee House
    Co-sponsored by the Women's Resource Center, Associated Students Program Board, R.E.A.C.H. Featuring: Mulatto Concert, Judy Holiday, Randy Z., Khemically X-IC, Truth B Real, Konrad, Little Wing
  • When Hate Hits You
    Sponsored by Asian Pacific Student Programs A workshop on anti-Asian sentiment and hate crimes presented by the Japanese American Citizens League.
  • Ongoing: Informational Tabling at the Bell Tower and Passive Display on the Commons Construction Fence
